How to modify / add rules to the streams capture's process to exclude some ddl statements (Doc ID 555678.1)

Goal

After doing the streams configuration we want to exclude statements like for example 'alter table', 'create index',.... from being captured and replicated to the apply site.

To do so, below are the steps required to create a new negative rule set that should exclude the commands we want to bypass by streams.
