You need to upgrade the hardware as well as the Oracle Lite Software from 10.2.0.2.1 to 10.3.0.1.0

Oracle Lite Mobile Server 10.2.0.2.1 is running in Standalone mode and the Mobile Repository was installed into an Oracle RDBMS 10.2.0.3.0
