Symptoms
The following errors kept occuring in the alert log until the instance terminated:
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:SYS$GETJPIW for (JPI$_LOGINTIM) failed with status: 2280
ORA-27301: OS failure message: error 2280
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpstime1
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [784], [0xFFFFFEF97D1BE5A8], [0xFFFFFEF97992FB90], [1], [], [], [], []
