RDBPROD: RMU/CONVERT Command Returns RMU-F-CANTCVRTCPT Errors

Symptoms
You use the RMU/CONVERT command and receive RMU-F-CANTCVRTCPT errors. The errors are caused by trying to convert a database with corrupt page table (CPT) entries to a higher version of Oracle Rdb. Oracle Rdb does not allow databases with CPT entries to be converted.
The SYS$HELP:RMU_MSGnn.DOC file for this message states:
CANTCVRTCPT, Cannot convert a database with CPT entries.
Explanation: Your database has entries in the corrupt page table and
cannot be converted.
User Action: Restore and recover the corrupt pages, back up the
database, and then convert it.
