Symptoms

 

ora-600 [ktadrprc-1] or ora-600 [ktsircinfo_num1] can occur attempting to drop / truncate a segment due to a data dictionary inconsistency.

Changes

This inconsistency can be introduced after the application of the 10.2.0.4 patchset, or on any other 10.x release where the fix for <Bug 6274465> has been installed.
