Symptoms

When exporting schema from database with character set WE8ISO8859P1 and importing into database with character set AL32UTF8 the following errors were received:

IMP-00019: row rejected due to ORACLE error 12899
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 12899 encountered
ORA-12899: value too large for column "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>"."DESCRIPTION" (actual: 3002, maximum: 3000)
