Symptoms
The following error occurs when dropping a tempfile:
SQL> alter database tempfile '/u24/oracle/udevdata/temp10.dbf' drop including datafiles;
alter database tempfile '/u24/oracle/udevdata/temp10.dbf' drop including datafiles

ORA-25152: TEMPFILE cannot be dropped at this time
