Symptoms

When going to get some information like START_DATE and NEXT_RUN_DATE for some default database jobs from dba_scheduler_jobs you found these jobs are empty, besides that when querying the DBA_SCHEDULER_JOB_LOG for some jobs (FGR$AUTOPURGE_JOB) found no records.
