This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When the database is started with parallel_max_server=0, the parallel slaves report the errors:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kslgetl:1], [0x000000460], [31936], [], [], [], [], []
and finally the database crashes.
