Symptoms

While using Oracle 10.2.0.3, the following error is encountered in the alert.log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qeshIHInsertPRowInBkt()+12] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x0003FD440]
