Symptoms
o Querying DBA_FREE_SPACE_COALESCED is slow.
o Execution plan shows huge number of objects in the recycle bin & most of the time is spent accessing the fixed table X$KTFBUE:

...
32 FIXED TABLE FULL X$KTFBUE (cr=524128 pr=177408 pw=0 time=133485331 us)
