Symptoms
Asynchronous AutoLog Archive Mode has been setup and is working as expected.
Changes
After adding a second change set using API DBMS_CDC_PUBLISH.CREATE_CHANGE_SET, you observe that the second capture process is stuck in state "WAITING FOR DICTIONARY REDO: SCN xxx" at start_scn of the source created for the first table and nothing is being captured.
