Symptoms
Alert log reports the following errors:
Errors in file /opt/oracle/admin/RMAN/bdump/rman_j000_24354.trc:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 42567
ORA-27468: "EXFSYS.RLM$EVTCLEANUP" is locked by another process
Errors in file /opt/oracle/admin/RMAN/bdump/rman_j000_24354.trc:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 5329
ORA-27468: "SYS.PURGE_LOG" is locked by another process
