Goal

The ADRCI show alert command can fail with the below errors when the /tmp location is full:

adrci> show alert

1: diag/asm/+asm/+asm_<SID>
2: diag/tnslsnr/<HOST>/listener_<SID>
Q: to quit

Please select option: 2
DIA-48001: internal error code, arguments: [dbgvcis_ostream_write_2], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
DIA-48103: error encountered when attempting to write a file [stream] [/tmp/alert_467_182947_listener_<HOST>.ado] [0]
DIA-48113: unable to write to stream file because of out of space condition

How can we influence ADRCI to take its temporary space from another location?
