Symptoms
When recreating or compiling the package body for SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS, an ORA-7445 [kgldpo0] core dump occurs. For example, when running catproc.sql, the following error occurs:
ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgldpo0()+1492] [SIGSEGV]
[Address not mapped to object] [0x000000000] [] []
