ORA-07445 [kgldp0] Error When Compiling the SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS Package (Doc ID 758654.1)

When recreating or compiling the package body for SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS, an ORA-7445 [kgldpo0] core dump occurs. For example, when running catproc.sql, the following error occurs:

ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgldpo0()+1492] [SIGSEGV]
[Address not mapped to object] [0x000000000] [] []
Current SQL statement for this session:
CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE BODY dbms_aqadm_sys wrapped

There are no relevant registry components that are invalid, and no relevant SYS or SYSTEM-owned invalid objects.
