Symptoms
Using ODBC driver 10.1.0.2 or higher inside an application connected to RDBMS 10gR1 (10.1.0.2) or higher and performing
ends up in some sort of "truncation" of decimal places. 1.0 instead 1.5 is returned
Connecting to RDBMS 9iR2 (9.2.0.X) or lower problem does not reproduce
