Symptoms
Executing the ORAUSER.COM script from Oracle release 10.2.0.4 on OpenVMS can result in the following errors:
%SYSTEM-W-NOSUCHFILE, no such file
\DISK$DEDICATED:[V101D.dbs]orapwV101D.\
%DCL-E-INVIFNEST, invalid IF-THEN-ELSE nesting structure or data inconsistency
The directory path and filename for the password file will be different.
