Symptoms

RAC - Clustered database

FAN : Fast Application Notification enabled

ODP.net or OCI related client application

There are a large number of entries in sys.reg$ which are not cleaned out.

These entries are associated with subscription name : SYS.SRVQUEUE:TAFTSM

Client connections to the database may be slow, including when using the -s (banner suppression) option
with SQL*Plus.
