ORA-15063 When Mounting a Diskgroup After Storage Cloning ( BCV / Split Mirror / SRDF / HDS / Flash Copy )

Symptoms

After the split of cloning of disks in cold mode ( ASM & DB stopped ) or hot mode, ASM diskgroups can't be mounted in the target storage.


SQL> alter diskgroup all mount;
alter diskgroup all mount
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15063: ASM discovered an insufficient number of disks for diskgroup
"WRADG02"
ORA-15063: ASM discovered an insufficient number of disks for diskgroup
"WRADG01"



Disks in the target storage contain valid ASM disk headers. Header status for all disks is MEMBER.
kfed shows valid disk headers.
