RMAN Backup Fails With ORA-19559 ORA-19557 ORA-27194 and ORA-19511 (Doc ID 785169.1)

Symptoms

RMAN backup failing with error:

 
Database server has 2 backup client installed. Legato Networker is currently been used  and Veritas Netbackup has been installed.

Netbackup client has been disabled and is not currently in use.

However Rman backup still tries to allocate channel using Veritas Netbackup instead of Legato Networker and fails.

Error occurs on Windows.
