-- Problem Statement:
On 10.3.0.1.0 in Production:
Some Synchronizations are hanging and never finish except if the Mobile Server is restarted.
Synchronization will finish with an error when it will takes more than 1 hour.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Auto Synchronization Enable
2. Monitor the Synchronization time.
