Symptoms
The 11.1.0.7 patchset is installed.
The remote scheduler agent is being used to execute remote external jobs.
The following errors are occuring:
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1029
ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_ISCHED", line 5446
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SCHEDULER", line 3688
ORA-06512: at line 1
In addition, the remote scheduler agent.log shows:
Error receiving request : Received fatal alert: bad_certificate
