Intermittently Getting "Cannot Fetch A Row Using A Bookmark From Ole Db Provider" Using Linked Server (Doc ID 798768.1)

Symptoms

Using 11.1.0.6.0 Client / OLEDB 64bit with a linked server from SQL Server to Oracle database to update a table and intermittently getting "cannot fetch a row using a bookmark from OLE DB provider." The first attempt fails and the second attempt completes.
