DBWR Treminates the Database with Error ORA-00600 [kcbbpibr_waitall_2] (Doc ID 805964.1)

Symptoms

1) DBWR terminates the database with the following error.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbbpibr_waitall_2], [2], [], [], [], [], [], [], [],

2) You see different I/O errors like ORA-15080 as well.

3) You have configured multiple DB writers.  NOTE:  With RAC this problem can show up with only one DB writer process.
