Dropping A Materialized View Takes A Long Time (Doc ID 806784.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


Symptoms

It can sometimes take a long time to drop a large Materialized View that is based on a table with a Materialized View Log. The table is always called 'MLOG$_' and the name of the table that it belongs to. 

Changes

This is the last Materialized View that is using the Materialized View log.
