Symptoms

You receive any or all of the following errors:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [pfrust()+44] [SIGBUS] [Invalid address alignment]

ORA-07445: [pevm_raise_worker()+16] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object]

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [peplm.c:NULL Libunit Root], [<PLSQL_NATIVE_LIBRARY_DIR>/ONT_D2_SUBINVENTORY__APPS__B__191099.so]

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kksfbc-reparse-infinite-loop]

ORA-06544: PL/SQL: internal error, arguments: [77410]
ORA-06553: PLS-801: internal error [77410]
ORA-04061: existing state of package "APPS.FND_GLOBAL" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package "APPS.FND_GLOBAL"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FND_GLOBAL"
