Symptoms
Having a downstream setup where the source database is a RAC.
When some of the RAC source nodes fails/starts, the capture process at the downstream site changes
its status to 'WAITING FOR REDO: LAST SCN MINED XXXXX' for sometime, before it gets back to
'CAPTURING CHANGES'.
