Symptoms

An Advanced Queuing subscriber has been removed from the queue table using DBMS_AQADM.REMOVE_SUBSCRIBER.  Still, this subscriber can be seen in the Data Dictionary view AQ$_<queue_table>_S.  The AQ$_<queue_table>_S.SUBSCRIBER_TYPE has changed to 2: "Ex-Subscriber : A subscriber that was removed".  How to remove that subscriber completely from the view AQ$_<queue_table>_S ?

Changes

The subscriber had pending entries in the in the history table AQ$_<queue_table>_H.
