Symptoms
When running DBMS_STATS.GATHER_TABLE_STATS with Parallelism, it fails with the below error:
ORA-12805: parallel query server died unexpectedly
And in the alert log, you see the error:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qesaMSR2SorRecMerge()+224]
[SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0xFFFFFFFF7883CE80] [] []
