Purpose

PURPOSE

To explain the error message ora-2294/ora-2298.  ORA-2294 and ORA-2298 are
the same error in different releases of Oracle.  ORA_2294 is reported
in Pre-7.3 releases.  ORA-2298 is reported in releases 7.3 and higher.
