Symptoms
OUI or DBCA hangs when either of the following HP ECOs are installed:
DEC AXPVMS DWMOTIF_ECO05 V1.6
DEC AXPVMS DWMOTIF_ECO04 V1.6
Typical symptoms include the OUI or DBCA process entering the RWINS state.
Changes
AXPVMS DWMOTIF V1.6 ECO 04 or ECO 05 have been applied.
