Symptoms
A compound trigger stops executing prematurely during an update or an insert.
The trigger stops firing after the first row and does not update all rows as expected.
This occurs on version 11.1.0.7 but does not occur on 11.1.0.6.
Changes
This issue occurs after applying the 11.1.0.7 patchset or when developing new functionality in 11.1.0.7.
