Symptoms
The following error may be observed when creating a database using DBCA that includes the JVM component or when executing the loadjava utility to deploy a java class in the database.
For Example:
Executing the loadjava command:
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/loadjava -r -f -o -user <username>/<passoword> Hello.class
May fail with the following:
Error while creating class Hello
