Symptoms

  • In 11g traces with the such messages are created:
kgsksysstop: from KGSKWT_INTSTATECHNG%d blocking %s
kgsksysstop: from KGSKWT_INTSTATECHNG%d retry %s mode

E.g: Messages 'kgsksysstop: from KGSKWT_INTSTATECHNG8 retry TRUE mode'
  •  The issue has no impact on functionality, but the traces unnecessary fill the OS space.
