On : Mobile Server 10.3.0.2.0 version, When attempting to configure the data subsetting ,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log to mobile manager
2. click on Mobile user, select a mobile user
3. click on data subsetting, set a value and save
