Symptoms
Instance terminated with ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1115] error.
The symptoms are:
- RMAN processes are present in the first ORA-7445 trace
- you have ksfv* routines on the stack near the top
- PMON crashes the instance with ORA-600 [1115]
- there is a process waiting for an I/O slave in the system state dump
