Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.1 version, Generic RDBMS

When starting up the database on 11.2 that was created as a standalone instance without CRS/RAC/ASM the following trace file gets produced:

Dump file /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2/db_1/rdbms/log/test_ora_6148.trc
