Users would like to know why when you pick 

     Currency != functional currency

you cannot update the check box "Multiple Currency Payments".


Steps Required to Duplicate Problem
-----------------------------------

Using the GUI version of Oracle Applications:

   Setup, Payment, Banks, go to Banks form
   Select Bank Accounts. 
   Go to the Bank Accounts form.

   If you pick Currency = functional currency, you can update 
      check box "Multiple Currency Payments".

   If you pick Currency != functional currency, you cannot 
      update check box "Multiple Currency Payments".
