Symptoms
On OTM Version, 5.5.05.04, When attempting to deploy the OTM Voucher to AP Process, in BPEL, the following error occurs.
ERROR

bpel_OtmVoucherToOracleApInvoice_1.0.jar failed to deploy.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy the bpel_OtmVoucherToOracleApInvoice_1.0.jar
2. Deploy the jar file in the BPEL process manager
3. See the error
