Symptoms


After installing or upgrading to OTM Version 6.0, it is found that the Wait Time for Shipment Stops is no longer being minimized. This is true even with the following Parameter setting:

MINIMIZE WAIT TIME IN SERVICE TIME CALCULATION = TRUE
