Goal

To describe the significance of the OPM_COSTED_FLAG  column in table MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS, the values it can take, and the processes which either refer to or update it.   Also to provide scripts for checking if a transaction is accounted and to show the number of material transactions not accounted.
