Symptoms

When attempting to query SRs created from iSupport, the following error occurs:

ERROR
----------
FRM-41017: Cannot set UPDATE ALLOWED attribute of non-enabled item INCIDENT_TRACKING.INCIDENT_CITY
FRM-41017: Cannot set UPDATE ALLOWED attribute of non-enabled item INCIDENT_TRACKING.INCIDENT_STATE
FRM-41017: Cannot set UPDATE ALLOWED attribute of non-enabled item INCIDENT_TRACKING.INCIDENT_POSTAL_CODE

SRs raised from Service form do not have this issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a service request from iSupport
2. Query it in Service forms.
