Symptoms
On OTM Version, 6.0.2, When attempting to run a custom report, the following error occurs.

Error found handling the request.
java.lang.NullPointerException
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload the query template and the format template for a custom report
2.Note that the format template is not being uploaded
3. Configure the custom report in OTM and try to run it. The report fails to run and users see the error
