When creating lines for a Transaction, and you invoke a Memo Line item in the Description field, the Unit Selling Price associated to the Memo Line is defaulted into the Transactions form.
If the transaction is in a foreign currency, the default Unit Selling Price is calculated by multiplying the Exchange Rate to the Unit Selling Price. If the Exchange Rate is a number that has decimal places exceeding the decimal places defined for the currency, the Unit Selling Price does not round to the currency's precision as shown below:
In order to get a Unit Selling Price rounded to the same decimal places as the currency's precision, you can use Forms Personalization, as shown in this document.
