Symptoms
After enabling ATP for scheduling and profile OM: Auto Schedule = Yes, find external lines do not schedule automatically.
Even after booking lines, the schedule ship date is null. However, internal lines successfully schedule and the schedule ship date is
populated at entry/booking. INV: Capable to Promise set to ATP Based on Collected Data. Data Collections is run weekly.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the schedule ship date to automatically be calculated and populated on the sales order at booking for external lines as it does for internal lines.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to Order Management sale order form
2. Enter header data
3. Go to line item tab, see 'External' defaulted
4. Enter item & quantity
5. Book
6. Schedule ship date remain blank.
7. Enter line with "Internal", then schedule ship date is calculated and populated.
