Symptoms

When trying to view the PDF attachment sent with the notification delivered to the supplier,
the message below is displayed instead of the actual PDF file with the approved PO data.

ERROR:
"System failed to generate the PDF document. Please contact your system administrator."

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchase Order Summary
2. Select a PO number
3. Go to "tools" and select "Communicate"
4. Wait for the email to be received
5. Open the PDF attached to the message

The workflow displays this error :
