Symptoms

When creating an AGIS transaction for one particular batch one line fails with:

The error is ORA-01403 no data found Error name: 100 Error Stack

Error Message: 3120: Activity 'FUNRMAIN/210746' has no performer.
WF_Engine_Util.Notification_send(FUNRMAIN,1721346_...... FUNRMAIN:FIX_ACCT_DIST_MSG etc
Activity Result reject
