Cache Not Updated From UI Update For Date Emphasis on Order Release

Symptoms
An Order Release is updated to change the Date Emphasis to PAST. After this change, an order is unassigned which triggers an existing shipment to be recalculated. This shipment has other orders (also in PAST) emphasis. The unassign fails and in reviewing the logs, the date emphasis is still being presented as BOTH (even after the manual UI change)
