Goal
After Inventory Period is closed ,WIP (EAM) Period Close Variance entries are passed to GL. During Year End Closing, we noticed 'Period Close Variance' transaction entries are generated during the Inventory Period(EAM Enabled Inventory Org).
Actually the Work Order Cost Estimate Processor was Not Run nor Work Order Cost is not estimated.
But When we try to reproduce the issue in the Clone instance, we come across very strange observation, whether We do Work Order Estimate or Not, during Period Close ,'Period Close Variance' are generated for the all the materials issued against the Work Orders.
