Symptoms

Issue Clarification

On : 12.1.1 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to compile DFF for SO_ORDER_TYPES ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Compilation aborted for current descriptive flexfield...

APP-FND-00854: FDFBDF: Cannot find descriptive column information.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in FDFBCO

Cause: FDFBCO failed due to ORA-01403: no data found.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go into the responsibility: OM super user.
2. Setups > Financial > Flexfield s> Descriptive > Segments
3. Query application = Order Management , Title = Additional Header
Information --> SO_ORDER_TYPES
Freeze flexfield Compile


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot compile DFF SO_ORDER_TYPES .
